Shipping & Returns
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $100(or local equivalent) inclusive of all taxes. Shipping costs for smaller orders will be calculated at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time depends on your location.
- USA/Canada: 7–12 business days
- UK/Europe/UAE: 5–10 business days
- Rest Of The World: 10–15 business days
What’s your return policy?
After you receive your order you have 14 days to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Just contact our support team to get started.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your package ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email to follow its journey. You can also track your package on our website, using the tracking number you received in your email.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, but only within a few hours of placing it. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist before your order is processed.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please email us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address. If it has shipped, we’ll help you explore options with the courier.
Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s not there, contact us and we’ll resend it.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! Send us a photo of the damaged item and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
